About The Position

We are looking for a Personal Lines Producer with a passion for sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, and will be responsible for converting inbound leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring all their insurance needs are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Producer, preferably in Personal Lines insurance
• Knowledge of AMS 360 or similar insurance management software
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• A valid insurance producer license in the appropriate state

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and networking with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present and explain insurance policy options to clients
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to insurance policies and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team goals and objectives
• Utilize AMS 360 or other relevant software to manage client information and policies
• Reaching out to potential clients
• Meeting with current clients to review their insurance needs
• Working closely with your team to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales targets
• Managing client information and policies using AMS 360
• Staying informed of industry updates and trends to best serve your clients
