We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and providing exceptional guidance and service in the personal insurance market. Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• Proven experience as an insurance producer with a focus on personal lines products.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products, including auto, homeowners, renters, and umbrella coverage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Assess client risk profiles and recommend appropriate personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and other coverage options.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales and onboarding process.
• Collaborate with underwriters, team members, and carrier representatives to ensure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, policies, and sales activity in the agency management system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, carrier offerings, and changes in the personal insurance market to provide sound advice to clients.
