We’re hiring a Personal Lines Producer to join the Personal Lines team. Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Coachable, organized, and tech-savvy — comfortable using multiple platforms.
- Confident communicator who enjoys hunting new business.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls and warm network leads.
- Quote and bind policies for Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Recreational Lines.
- Use multiple systems including Salesforce, Carrier Portals, and EPIC.
- Manage call activity while maintaining attention to detail and strong client relationships.
