About The Position

The Personal Lines Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationship and producing insurance sales.

Requirements

• Licensing - Property & Casualty License for the state of Texas Required
• Insurance Experience – Strong experience in both personal and commercial insurance is required. At least 5 years of experience in both Personal and Commercial experience is strongly preferred
• Texas Insurance Knowledge - while remote, this role requires working knowledge of Texas insurance products.

• Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
• Quote and sell policies
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
• Appropriately document contact opportunities
• Act with professionalism in all cases, using a sales and service mindset
