Our personal lines insurance team is expanding and seeking an insurance producer. Producers enjoy a compensation plan that includes a salary, generous first year commissions, as well as incredible long term earning potential through unlimited annual renewal commissions on business you bring in. Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance producers license is required for this role, we encourage unlicensed candidates to apply as well. BayCoast will work with the right candidate to obtain the required licensing.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities by building your own referral networks, professional networking channels, and leveraging the use of CRM tools to maximize sales.
- Make outbound calls to your own prospective clients, as well as leads provided by BayCoast Insurance
- Present consultative insurance proposals tailored to the needs of each individual client, with a focus on writing multiple lines of business for each client
- Conduct and document follow up sales calls until each lead is resolved.
- Earn each client’s trust, and develop lasting relationships to ensure they renew with you each year, and provide referrals
- Input and keep detailed records of all sales activity within CRM
- Consistently achieve sales goals and performance metrics set by the organization
