Personal Lines Insurance Agent - CSR
About The Position
Responsibilities: Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues Keep accurate personal information for all sales prospects and customers within insurance company databases Requirements: 2+ years of previous experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer or Customer Service Representative for Personal Lines A thorough understanding of all insurance company policies and insurance coverage offerings, including their costs and benefits Strong aptitude for computer programs including Microsoft Office required; Agency Management System (AMS 360) experience preferred Exceptional written and verbal communications skills are a must Proficiency with agency management systems, preferably AMS 360 State of OH Producer's License for Property & Casualty
Requirements
