About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join a team as a Personal Lines Department Lead . This role is a key leadership position within the organization, responsible for overseeing the Personal Lines department and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, leadership qualities, and a passion for fostering team success.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional in-office presence required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience is preferred but not required; candidates with demonstrated leadership qualities will be considered.
• Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a team of 8-10 direct reports within the Personal Lines department.
• Assist with team lead responsibilities, including mentoring and guiding team members in their daily activities.
• Ensure the satisfaction of clients by managing a book of business and addressing client needs effectively.
• Support team members in quoting and renewing policies, with a focus on renewals as needed.
• Collaborate with agency owners to implement strategies for growth and operational efficiency.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
