About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a close-knit, family-owned insurance agency. As a CSR, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships, handling policy changes, and addressing customer needs.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with EzLynx and/or HawkSoft is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle policy changes and address carrier alerts
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients
• Work with standard lines carriers, including Travelers, Safeco, Mercury, Nationwide, and others
• Assist with managing a book of business valued at $3M, including accounts ranging from $1M to $1.5M
