Our Personal Lines department seeks a call center associate to provide courteous and professional technical phone support for customers on our Diamond processing system. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Starting pay: The pay range for this position is $17.00- $25.00 per hour. Pay is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus based on company and individual performance.
