Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Specialist to join a growing team. Requirements
- Property and Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a personal lines book of business with a focus on home and auto insurance.
- Drive new business sales by leveraging provided leads and personal initiative.
- Maintain and retain existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
