About The Position

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer service and account management to new and existing clients as it relates to the sale and service of personal lines insurance. You will play an important role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, Sales Advisors, and insurance company representatives.

Requirements

Property and Casualty Insurance license
High School Diploma
1+ years of customer service experience
Knowledge and experience working with Personal Insurance (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive customer relationships.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and other web-based applications.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive customer service and account management for personal lines insurance.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, Sales Advisors, and insurance company representatives.
Handle data entry and provide administrative support as necessary.
