About The Position

This is a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role based in our Athens, Alabama location. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing accounts, providing customer support, and handling personal insurance policies. You will also assist with general customer service and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

  • Property and Casualty License must be active
  • 2+ years experience in Account Management
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Account Manager experience
  • Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
