Requirements

• 3+ years of success in personal lines brokerage, ready to take ownership of complex, middle-market client accounts
• Demonstrate a strong technical command of insurance terminology, coverage, and products, backed by a clear understanding of agency operational excellence
• Active Property & Casualty License
• Exceptional ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
• Fluent use of Applied Epic and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to ensure seamless workflow and execution

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary, professional point of contact for clients and producers, delivering prompt service and expert consultation on personal insurance needs.
• Meticulously review and process all insurance applications and compile critical data on policy changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of comprehensive insurance services, including evaluating coverages, determining pricing, developing proposals, and finalizing new business and renewals.
• Proactively collaborate with and provide necessary assistance to internal departments to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
