A leading insurance brokerage in San Francisco is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join the team! Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC is required, insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, carrier websites, and other relevant software
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities
- Experience in managing a general book of small to midsize commercial accounts

- Expertly manage and service a diverse portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
- Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, fostering positive and lasting client interactions.
- Cultivate strong client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Accurately and efficiently process certificates, notices of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
- Handle requests for information and documentation with precision and promptness.
- Prepare comprehensive applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers.
- Proactively follow up with markets to secure timely and competitive quotations.
