Requirements

• Insurance License: 2-20, 4-40 or 20-44
• Strong knowledge of standard Personal Lines insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with AMS360 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Manage and maintain insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in renewals, endorsements, and claims.
• Utilize AMS360 to update, track, and document all client and policy details efficiently.
• Analyze clients’ coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to align with their requirements.
• Proactively communicate with clients to explain policy features, address questions, and resolve concerns.
• Work closely with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and provide optimal solutions for clients.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal standards, and company procedures.
• Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities in collaboration with account executives.
• Continuously engage in professional development to stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and tools.
