About The Position
We’re seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is focused on servicing standard PLAM accounts and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a hard worker , team player , and brings a positive, fun energy to the workplace.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Proficiency in AMS360 (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Daily servicing and management of personal lines accounts
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Utilizing AMS360 software for account handling
