Seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is a full-time position that will initially require onsite work, with the potential for hybrid or remote arrangements based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines account management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and flexible work environment. Compensation Package Base Salary: Hybrid: $70,000–$75,000 annually (up to $75,000 for highly qualified candidates) Bonuses: Quarterly Bonus: Available for fully onsite employees Year-End Bonus: Available to all employees Average Annual Bonus Potential: Approximately $6,000 Additional Incentives: PURE New Business (Inbound Leads): 40% one-time commission for accounts handled and closed by the Account Manager (eligibility criteria apply) Lost Data/Win-Back Accounts: Commission eligibility for successfully won-back accounts Staff Bonus Pool: Quarterly cash bonuses ranging from $500–$1,000 based on team success Holiday Bonus: Example payout of $2,000 for non-producers Benefits: Medical Insurance: Multiple plan options through BCBS, with an estimated employee cost of $300–$400/month for individual coverage 401(k): Currently under review (previously offered via Paychex, no match) Work-From-Home Setup: Provided for weather, illness, or other circumstances
