About The Position

In this role, you’ll deliver proactive, best‑in-class service while helping clients navigate their coverage with confidence. You’ll partner closely with a supportive, high‑energy team and collaborate with producers across multiple RSC offices to deliver a seamless client experience. And because we’re big on developing our people, you’ll also have the chance to mentor PL Select Assistant Account Specialists, helping them grow their skills while elevating the strength of our team. Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience of Personal Lines client management experience
  • Valid P&C brokers’ license
  • Proficient in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360, Work Smart and EPIC preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting coverage and procedures
  • Ability to clearly articulate these products/plans to clients and underwriters

Nice To Haves

  • Industry specific designations preferred- CISR, CIC or similar

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers by meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Leveraging personal insurance knowledge and expertise to actively service existing accounts and develop new business opportunities for a high volume, fast-paced book of business, consisting of standard personal lines clients
  • Fostering an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers in AMS/EPIC accordingly
  • Participating in the retention of renewal business.
  • Interacting with producers and office leaders to make coverage recommendations and engage in account rounding activities
  • Ensuring the client has continuous and proper coverage and advising the client of any recommendations within a mutually established timeline
  • Reviewing current policies and providing recommendations regarding carrier placement options.
  • Utilizing department workflows and a network of industry contacts to determine appropriate coverage
  • Executing coverage analysis as needed as well as providing the client with accurate quotation for any additional coverage’s
