Personal Lines Account Manager – High Net Worth Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role focuses on managing and servicing a portfolio of high-net-worth and upper-middle-class personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to navigate complex client needs. Compensation Package Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications). Incentives: Year-end bonus (typically several thousand dollars). Potential salary adjustment if benefits are not required. 401(k): 50% match up to 8% (equivalent to 4% employer contribution on 8% employee deferral). Requirements

  • Proven experience in Personal Lines Account Management.
  • Ability to work effectively with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service personal lines accounts, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Handle change orders, endorsements, renewals, and client communications.
  • Support client introductions as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for introductions when appropriate.
