About The Position

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Personal Lines Account Executive to their Owens Insurance Group team in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Personal Insurance Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a polished insurance professional who excels in relationship management and enjoys handling complex personal lines accounts. As a Personal Insurance Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, ensuring every client receives a high level of attention and a comprehensive, accurate insurance program that evolves with their needs. You will partner closely with Producers, Account Managers, and carriers to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client retention.

  • Minimum 3+ years of Personal Lines Account Executive experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with high‑net‑worth carriers (e.g., Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, Berkley One).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and HNW carrier portals.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Applied EPIC preferred.
  • Willingness to pursue an insurance designation as required by agency standards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead advisor for a designated book of personal lines clients, including high‑net‑worth accounts.
  • Conduct timely coverage reviews, risk assessments, and re-markets to ensure policies align with client needs.
  • Manage the full policy lifecycle: quoting, marketing, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and claims advocacy.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all clients with timely, accurate communication (same-day call return standard).
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities, round accounts at renewal, and communicate coverage recommendations effectively.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for a range of personal risk profiles, including complex or specialty placements.
  • Prepare proposals, summaries of insurance, and renewal presentations.
  • Partner with Commercial Lines and Life & Health Departments, Producers and other FRP agents, on new business development, cross‑sell opportunities, and client onboarding.
  • Review carrier products and contracts regularly to stay informed of updates.
  • Mentor newer team members and contribute to a collaborative Personal Lines
  • Maintain departmental procedures to be consistently current and update carrier Rate Charts as necessary.
  • Department liaison with ReSourcePro.
  • Participate in networking events and carrier seminars.
  • Perform additional projects or duties as assigned by management.
