Our Newest Opportunity: The Client Service Specialist supports the Account Mangers in the Private Client Group by providing comprehensive administrative to support to assist them with their daily tasks and responsibilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment
  • 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required
  • Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred
  • Proven track record in customer service; preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Familiarity with database applications, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Take part in the new business process by gathering quotes and crafting thoughtful proposals
  • Help with renewals by preparing documents, updating client details, and following up on any pending items
  • Handle customer policy changes with care and efficiency to ensure timely updates
  • Stay in touch with carriers and clients to keep transactions moving smoothly
  • Keep records neat and accurate within the agency management system
  • Team up with account managers on administrative tasks to deliver top-notch service
