About The Position

Forward Insurance Agency is seeking a Personal Insurance Service Supervisor to lead our Personal Insurance Account Manager team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, improving retention, creating efficient workflows, and developing a positive, accountable team culture. You’ll work closely with agency leadership and producers to ensure consistent service standards while coaching team members to grow professionally and succeed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma plus additional insurance training
  • Valid Wisconsin Property & Casualty license is required
  • 2 to 3 years of insurance-related experience
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of personal insurance products, underwriting, and agency workflows
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Ability to improve processes and manage team priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach Personal Insurance Account Managers to ensure high service standards
  • Oversee workflows, renewals, and retention processes for personal lines accounts
  • Develop and maintain procedures, templates, and service guidelines
  • Serve as escalation point for complex customer service issues
  • Monitor team performance, service metrics, and customer retention
  • Support producers with timely, accurate client communication
  • Assist with account management duties as needed
  • Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
  • Coordinate carrier training and internal development opportunities
