The Assistant Director, Digital Marketing provides leadership and strategic direction for Personal Lines digital marketing to drive new business at an acceptable return on investment. This role is accountable for maximizing the impact of the marketing budget by prioritizing strategies and tactics that deliver the strongest results. In partnership with analytics, creative, and cross-functional teams, the Assistant Director oversees the development and optimization of paid digital campaigns. Responsibilities include budget and performance management, vendor partnerships, measurement and forecasting, process improvement, and creative and testing strategy. The ideal candidate brings deep digital marketing expertise across channels (e.g., display, retargeting, programmatic, paid social, and test-and-learn environments), with a strong balance of hands-on execution and data-driven strategic leadership.
