About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role primarily focuses on managing personal lines accounts, with the potential to transition into commercial account management as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle both servicing and sales responsibilities.

Requirements

2+ years of personal lines insurance experience in an agency setting is highly preferred
Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required (must be willing to obtain)
Strong customer service and sales skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and service existing personal lines insurance policies
Assist with upselling, warm leads, and re-underwriting for existing policyholders once licensed
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed client expectations
Utilize agency management software for account management and documentation
