Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one.
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those new to the industry or transitioning from captive insurance roles.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-service account management for personal lines insurance clients, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.
  • Handle accounts with premiums up to $15,000, with an average account size of $3,000.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as AIG, Arbella, CHUBB, CNA, Hagerty, and MAPFRE to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to the positive office culture and work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.
