Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one.
Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those new to the industry or transitioning from captive insurance roles.
Strong customer service and communication skills

A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide full-service account management for personal lines insurance clients, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.
Handle accounts with premiums up to $15,000, with an average account size of $3,000.
Collaborate with carriers such as AIG, Arbella, CHUBB, CNA, Hagerty, and MAPFRE to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
Contribute to the positive office culture and work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.
