About The Position
An established Plaintiff's law firm is seeking a trial Paralegal for their Charlotte, NC office.
Requirements
- 3+ years of personal injury trial experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Proficient with legal case management software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision and also on a trial team
- Professional, motivated, organized
- Organization, ability to stay on task and good work ethic are critical to success in this position
Responsibilities
- Draft S&C, RFP, all discovery process, Service, etc...
- Manage a caseload and cases from client interview to trial verdict.
