We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Lien Reduction Specialist to manage the final phase of personal injury cases, advocate fiercely for our clients, and contribute to a strong, collaborative team. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien reduction Specialist in a legal setting.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation techniques.
  • Well-versed in statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to secure optimal resolutions for our clients.
  • Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and opportunities for negotiation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to strategize and support case-specific lien negotiation tactics.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all lien negotiation activities and communications
