Requirements
- 2+ years of PI case management or paralegal experience
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Filevine or similar case management system experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Manage 40–60 personal injury cases from intake to settlement
- Communicate daily with clients, doctors, and insurance adjusters
- Track treatment, prepare demands, and update Filevine
- Support attorneys on negotiations and case prep
