The Opportunity As our PI Case Manager Assistant in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to assist our Case Managers in the development of our client’s cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved. Accountable for Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE. Request police reports and medical records. Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients. Verify balances with providers. Prepare files to submit to demand writers.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
  • Type at least 40 wpm.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
