About The Position
An established South Carolina law firm seeks a Personal Injury focused Associate Attorney to join their Greenville office.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in Personal Injury (experience will be current or very recent)
- Experience in a law firm setting is a must
- Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing with the SC Bar
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Computer Savvy
- Proven record dealing compassionately with numerous clients on a daily basis
- Have a successful record negotiating and settling personal injury claims
- High energy
- Team player
- Ability to motivate staff in a positive way
Nice To Haves
- Some experience with workers compensation and social security law is a plus
- Experience in legal case management software preferred
