Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from an American Bar Association accredited law school and admission to the State of New York Bar.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury or personal injury insurance defense.
  • Demonstrated strong technological and organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be compassionate, a willing ness to embrace challenge, and a strong sense of self-direct ion , team-orient ation , and ab ility to maintain composure under pressure.

  • Experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases is preferred
