Requirements

  • Certified HCA or CNA preferred, but not required (we pay for your training)
  • Must have a reliable car and current auto insurance
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, dependable, and compassionate individual who takes pride in being a caregiver

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Travel to clients’ homes within Spokane County to provide high-quality in-home care
