Requirements
- Certified HCA or CNA preferred, but not required (we pay for your training)
- Must have a reliable car and current auto insurance
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
- Honest, dependable, and compassionate individual who takes pride in being a caregiver
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Travel to clients’ homes within Spokane County to provide high-quality in-home care
