About The Position

At BAYADA, we are seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our personal care and companionship team. This role involves providing meaningful one-on-one support to clients with activities of daily living, helping them live their best lives at home. BAYADA is a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization committed to high-quality care, and we support our employees with training, flexibility, and a dedicated team. The position is currently recruiting for patients in Goldsboro.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home
Help clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Assist with range of motion/exercises
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
Provide medication reminders
