About The Position

BAYADA is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults, enabling them to live safely and independently at home. This role involves supporting clients one-on-one with daily living activities, following a written plan of care by a registered nurse. Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
• Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
• Perform meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with range of motion/exercises.
• Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
• Provide medication reminders.
