Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
  • HCA or CNA preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must pass a written competency test, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Energetic, dependable, and caring individuals committed to helping others

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care support including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
  • Offer assistance with meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Work in clients’ homes with varying needs and shift times
  • Maintain a professional and compassionate Caregiver approach at all times
