Requirements

HCA or CNA preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Reliable car and dependable transportation to travel between client homes
Honest, caring, and dependable with a strong desire to help others

Responsibilities

Providing hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Supporting daily living through meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Providing medication reminders and routine assistance
Working directly in clients’ homes throughout Spokane County with varying shift schedules
