About The Position

As a Caregiver at Executive Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Personal Caregiver to provide non-medical assistance and companionship to clients in their homes. This role is perfect for caregivers, home health aides (HHA), personal care aides (PCA), CNAs, or individuals with caregiving experience. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or personal care aide preferred (not required)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and respect client privacy
  • Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
  • Assist with errands and transportation to appointments when needed
  • Monitor client condition and report changes to care team
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
