Requirements

  • A genuine passion for helping others live their best lives
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current TB test
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous caregiving experience (in-home or senior care communities) is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications: PCA, CNA, HHA, or equivalent state-approved credentials

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
  • Provide personal care support (bathing, grooming, hygiene, etc.)
  • Support with mobility, transfers , and range of motion exercises
  • Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
  • Manage light housekeeping and household needs
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Provide respite care for family caregivers
