About The Position
Personal Care Workers provide direct personal care and assistance to residents to support daily living needs in accordance with care plans and facility policies. 6AM-2PM - $16 2PM-10PM - $17 With opportunities for bonuses, pick-up pay and other incentives. Requirements
- Experience in personal care or healthcare preferred
- Ability to work weekdays and every other weekend
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and assist residents as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Provide safe transfers, mobility, and repositioning
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
- Follow established care plans, safety, and infection control procedures
