Requirements

• Computer usage, entering and retrieving information, and MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year in-office home health experience
• College degree in related field; gerontology, psychology, healthcare administration, etc.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to ensure they are receiving the services and care they require and are healthy and safe in the home.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure they provide outstanding client service and exemplary care to clients.
• Ensure agency follows all state regulations and maintains excellent records.
• Maintain detailed records to meet regulatory and client service needs.
