About The Position

Easterseals NH is hiring a Personal Care Service Provider (PCSP) to join their Homemakers and Health Services team. This role involves providing care, comfort, and a sense of connection to clients in a 1:1 home setting, promoting independence, creating a safe home environment, and offering companionship. The position is full-time, 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 1st shift, with a compensation of $20/hour. Easterseals New Hampshire and Vermont serves approximately 18,000 children, adults, seniors, families, and veterans each year across two states, offering programs in early intervention, autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, adult day and in-home care, behavioral health, family-centered practices for child welfare, housing, and substance use disorders. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work independently to meet the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of adults
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Experience working as a PCSP or caregiver preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Assist with running errands such as grocery shopping
• Attend and provide support during doctor’s appointments
• Follow each individuals care plan
• Complete required daily documentation
