Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Has six (6) months experience with regulated personal care agency or like company.
  • Maintains CPR Certification.
  • Ability to supervise and direct care team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills include ability to delegate and relate tactfully with customers and the community.
  • Must be proficient with windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role.
  • Excellent time management skills and mentor capabilities for self and agency staff.
  • Maintains a valid Driver’s license as defined by the State of Indiana and/or Agency policy.

Responsibilities

  • Available during regular business hours in person 8:00am-4:30PM
  • Provides backup for personal care attendant positions as needed.
  • Participates in On-Call rotation.
  • Performs other tasks and job duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
  • Participates in the reconciliation of complaints and grievances as needed. (See complaints and Grievances policy).
