Requirements

High school graduate
Has six (6) months experience with regulated personal care agency or like company.
Maintains CPR Certification.
Ability to supervise and direct care team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills include ability to delegate and relate tactfully with customers and the community.
Must be proficient with windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role.
Excellent time management skills and mentor capabilities for self and agency staff.
Maintains a valid Driver’s license as defined by the State of Indiana and/or Agency policy.

Responsibilities

Personal Care Liaison Available during regular business hours in person 8:00am-4:30PM
Provides backup for personal care attendant positions as needed.
Participates in On-Call rotation.
Performs other tasks and job duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
Participates in the reconciliation of complaints and grievances as needed. (See complaints and Grievances policy).
