Freedom Village at Brandywine is recruiting for a hospitality focused Personal
Care Home Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for the
planning, coordinating, and directing of a wide and varied scope of activities
and programming which meet the spiritual, emotional, intellectual, vocational,
social, physical, and environmental needs of the residents.

The Personal Care Home Administrator is responsible for the overall operation of
Personal Care.

Requirements

• Hold a Valid Personal Care Home Administrators license in PA (Required)
• Have knowledge in all areas of local Health Department, OSHA, and other state regulatory agencies relevant to healthcare services
• Have Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Have Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Nice To Haves

• LPN or RN (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Memory Care Manager, Scheduler, Health and Wellness Director, and Sales
• Oversee all Operations for all of Personal Care.
• Participate in the integration of and ongoing training of the Heartfelt Connections™ Memory Care program at the community level in tandem with Memory Care.
• Maintain medical charting and required documentation under scope state regulatory guidelines for appropriate licensing and corporate policies.
• Serve as the department representative and coordinator of the Quality Assurance program for nursing services
• Labor budgeting with guidance from business office.
• Will lead daily stand up as the administrator.
