Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid ID and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• A caring attitude, patience, and strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience or CNA certification (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Provide companionship — real human connection matters
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep
• Give medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments
• Keep an eye on changes in health, mood, or behavior and report concerns
