SYNERGY HomeCare offers experienced personal care attendants: Competitive pay between $18.50-$19.50 Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules and matching personal care attendants with nearby clients Employee recognition programs As a personal care attendant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will: Provide compassionate, one-on-one support to clients in their homes Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Offer companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Provide medication reminders and ensure safety throughout the home Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques Support clients with transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable) Communicate regularly with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality care At SYNERGY HomeCare, we value reliable, empathetic, and professional caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities
