About The Position

Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community is seeking compassionate, self-motivated individuals to join their Personal Care and Memory Support Teams. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (copy required)
Previous experience in a caregiving role
Must be willing to obtain Medical Technician Certification (upon completion of first 90 days)
Project a friendly demeanor
Show a desire to help others
Accuracy, dependability, initiative and the desire to be a part of a team that's main focus is to bring our mission to life for our team and residents

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing and grooming)
Responds appropriately to resident needs
Promptly answers call bells
Completes accurate and timely records
Follows instructions and reports to med nurse, Unit Manager, and Administrator
