About The Position

Village Caregiving is seeking caring and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to deliver compassionate, personalized in-home care to clients in the Bowling Green, Ohio area. You’ll help individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while supporting their daily needs.

Requirements

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Ohio
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide friendly companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans designed for each client.
• Help with light housekeeping duties and assist with meal preparation.
• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
