About The Position

Personal Care Assistant - PCA Part-Time or Full-Time Private duty caregiver Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour DOE Sign On Bonus: $500 (Full-time) Shift: 12-hour shifts, days or nights. Critical Nurse Staffing provides unparalleled home health care to the American Workforce including Veterans of the United States Armed Services, Workers Compensation Claims, and former energy workers (eligible for in-home care under the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation) who want to remain independent and live in their own homes. The Position: We’re looking for full-time and part-time Personal Care Assistant's. We work 12-hour shifts, in the patient's home. Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe, competent care/services to the patient. Help the patient maintain good personal hygiene and assists in maintaining a healthy, safe environment. Plan and prepare nutritious meals. Assist the patient with ambulation as detailed by Patient Care Plan. Encourage the patient's independence but not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient's Care Plan. Performs routine housekeeping tasks. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Valid Driver's License
2+ years of caregiving experience

Responsibilities
